CSR in 2024: companies are finally starting to take action!

The findings of the survey are clear and cause for celebration: the trend is for all companies to accelerate their CSR initiatives.
But this movement must be amplified to bring about profound and lasting transitions.
What we need to do now is seize the opportunities and bring about the changes required to meet this urgent challenge!

90% of companies surveyed raise their teams' awareness of the environment: it's by far the most important theme for raising employee awareness.

73% of companies surveyed have already measured their professional equality index: this is significantly more than in 2022, when 63% of companies surveyed had done so.

28% of companies surveyed would like to introduce work commitment days. On average, the companies surveyed that have a commitment days policy give their employees 3 days a year.
